1. How about the sample policy?

We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charge the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

We can customize products according to your request or sample. You can email us for detailed information of the new product, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, please kindly send us the sample to us directly, then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.
